About
tradition is the key to quality
Greta was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri but her world travels have taken her all over, from China to South America to British Columbia and throughout the United States - to name a few. "Home" has been several of her favorite places like Savannah, Georgia; Toronto, Ontario; and Kelowna/Penticton, British Columbia before settling here in North Idaho.
After graduating from the Savannah College of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Art History, Greta was first introduced to real estate when she was offered a position with the top luxury real estate brokerage in Savannah. Greta was a perfect fit and was excited to be part of the award winning, in-house marketing team. For the next three years, she worked side-by-side with the broker-owner, Realtors® and colleagues to learn the nuances of marketing high-end homes.
When the travel bug bit, Greta relocated to Canada and spent eight years in two of Canada's hottest real estate markets. Greta quickly became a licensed Realtor® in British Columbia and was invited to join one of Canada's Top 1% of real estate teams. While part of that team, she expanded her real estate knowledge and experience through high-quality mentoring, volume of transactions and working with diverse clients from all over.
A few vacations had brought Greta to the Northwest and in 2018, when the opportunity presented itself to make the move to Coeur d’Alene, she knew it was meant to be. Greta prides herself on building lasting relationships with clients, based upon mutual respect and trust. LET'S GET TOGETHER!
Like so many others who have – or will, relocate here, I fell in love with the people, the scenery and the lifestyle that defines North Idaho. Regardless of whether it's on the water or in the woods, when I'm not helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of their homes, I love spending time exploring North Idaho and the PNW with my family and friends. You can also find me in the kitchen getting the perfect sear on a steak, out searching for my new favorite wine – or the best Ol' Fashioned – or enjoying a coffee from the variety of local roasters, and petting all the dogs I come across. One of the amazing things about living in North Idaho is that you always feel like you are on vacation; chores become fun, work is paradise and family memories are made everyday when you live here!
